How to Raise a Complaint

A Portland wood-frame home on a rainy day, ready for a mold check

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Marioopposed Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Marioopposed Mold Help went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Marioopposed Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@marioopposed.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
